Titles are a lot smarter now using filtered wp_title data. Removed all that old object caching shit that didn't work anymore anyways. Also removed requirements for fb:admins and/or fb:app_id as Facebook doesn't require those any longer.

Plays nicer with permalinks specifically requesting to not have a trailing slash or for single posts where an extension is enabled like .html for example. Added an additional filter to test for that prior to forcing a trailing slash.

Patched an issue where sites installed in a directory weren't getting trailing slashes applied - it's an older WP core issue but this should resolve that moving forward. Also fixed a bug where posts page that wasn't root was getting the root url.
