(#20) Bump version to 0.2.2

Description Of Changes

This upgrades Astro to 5.4.0 and as well as it's dependencies that are needed.

Motivation and Context

This will bring in updates and new features.

Testing

1. Ensure the build completes.
2. Run yarn npm audit --all --recursive --ignore 1094698 and ensure it reports "No audit suggestions"
