What does this PR do?
Use release version of VS Code for Che code releases - instead of making release branches straight from main, use respective VS Code
release/1.xbranches and tags to match the released version of code, which should prevent us from having experimental/untested changes, that can come from VS Code's main branchWhat issues does this PR fix?
