Changes
- Search results functionality now gives 10 pages to choose from reducing the user effort to enter the exact search query.
Out of the 10 suggestions, the user can then pick a particular page for which a short summary will be displayed.

Update: The build attachd has been updated with the following changes
- the latest commit (b5f5b2e) which fixes a few minor issues.
- the commit charanravi-online/terminal-wiki@336d620 fixes the bug charanravi-online/terminal-wiki#5 for windows specific bug where the colorama package without proper initialization breaks the response given in the terminal.
- windows installer has been released and the stable version (install_wiki.exe) can be downloaded from below attachments.
