Extract digital biomarkers

Usage

Enter key project information. Add notes for new project

Add videos to playlist using button or drag and drop. Selected file will be used for digital biomarker extraction.

Collect and track facial landmark, pose, gaze, and action unit data. Output files will be located in "processed" folder

Collect and track body key point data. Output will be located in working directory labeled "body_pose_output".

Collect and track heart rate data. Output will be found in working directory labeled as "dbalt_hrate_output"
