Updated JAS-mine version and fixed missing columns #65

I had updated to latest JAS-mine release and as I'd noted in email it was failing to find the column working_id in SQL queries. This didn't seem to be added in the same way as the other run-related columns (simulation_run etc.) - have added placeholder lines unless this column is meant to take on a particular value?

Hi @justin-ven - had noted this in an email and had thought I'd got it working before. But I think I hadn't tried it with the latest version of JAS-mine core (updated in pom.xml). All this does is create the working_id column to silence errors about not finding it (although is it better to set this to be equal to id at the start?
