The directory contains a series of modules for the processing of Nef files.

  CompareNef - a series of routines to compare the contents of two Nef files.
               For more details see ./CompareNef.py
  GenericStarParser - a Star-type file parser, for more details see ./GenericStarParser.py
  Specification - contains the code for handling the NEF specification.
  StarIo - contains the code for handling the I/O for NEF and NmrStar formats.

  StarTokeniser - STAR file tokenizer

  NefImporter - a series of routines for reading a Nef file and examining the contents.
