Before merging

  • Files need to pass HTML validation
  • For French content   are required before colons, closing quotation mark, the percentage mark, currency symbols. Also, the non-breaking space is required after the opening quotation mark.
  • On pages and research summary the breadcrumbs has to be put manually in the front matter
  • Images should not be wider than 720px
    • Make sure that sources are cited for images
    • A long description is use
    • Images use either the gc-simple-img or gc-complex-img component and they're not coded directly in the content
    • If images are use inside specific layouts (bios, tables, cards, etc.), use the specific components related to your use.
  • Thumbnails for post should always be 640px x 296px for consistency at the highest resolution possible (326dpi max).
  • Make sure the altLangPage attribute is present
  • Remove use of excessive white space. HTML should be indented properly.
  • The date modified shouldn't be set for a later date unless it's a scheduled post
  • The front matter description should be 120-300 characters long
