Major notebook cleanup

This release cleans up harvesting from CaltechDATA and improves the plotting overall. There are many new metrics in the usage notebook. There are also new notebooks for monitoring embargos and downloads. The downloads notebook requites a matomo token, which is only available to library staff.

Usage updates and dependency fixes

This release updates the graph to separate out the Cell Atlas movies. It also directly installs the correct version of datacite, as my 4.3 schema metadata changes haven't been merged yet.

Addition of ORCID analysis notebook and update for new ames version

This release includes a new notebook that determines the use of ORCID iDs across Caltech Library DOIs. It also updates all notebooks to use the latest version of ames and streamlines dependencies.

New months and dependency fixes

This release includes two months more data and has some dependency updates.

First release of CaltechDATA Usage notebook

First included in ames, this notebook dynamically shows how many records are in CaltechDATA and where they come from (GitHub, Deposit Form, or API). This repository is set to work with MyBinder so you can easily reproduce the plot and include new records.
