Please include in your error report
- date of the issue (mm/dd/yyy)
- current solidworks version (if using 3DExperience, please mention this here as well)
- solidworks file type where the error occured (.asm, .prt, .slddrw, etc)
- steps to reproduce the error.
Errors can be reported to [email protected] and should be handled within 5-10 business days if accepted. If the error was declined, expect an email within 2-3 business days explaining why the error could not be accepted (this is often due to an inability to reproduce the error on our end).
