This adds the repro test case from https://issues.oss-fuzz.com/issues/380934939.
I can't actually repro locally: this input parses just fine and very quickly. The actual fuzz test harness does a full compile, not just a parse, so I also added a test case where we run it through the full compile, but that also passes very quickly. I'm pushing a draft PR to see if perhaps it might fail in CI and indicate a difference in runtime behavior between OS X and Linux 🤷.
