BP Classic 1.3.0

Required configuration

• WordPress 5.8 (tested up to WordPress 6.4)
• BuddyPress 12.0.0 (tested up to BuddyPress 12.2.0)

Description

BP Classic is a BuddyPress Add-on that is being developed and maintained by the official BuddyPress development team. It mainly provides backwards compatibility for BuddyPress 12.0.0 & up in case your active BuddyPress plugins or theme are not ready yet for the great BP Rewrites API introduced in BuddyPress 12.0.0. It basically brings back the BP Legacy URL parser. Learn more about if from the repository's README.

Changes in 1.3.0

• Switch to BP root blog when migrating directories if necessary (See #33).
• Make sure Tooltips are used in Legacy widgets (See #35 & #39).
• Use a npm script to get BP Default (See #37).
• Improve how we check BP Nouveau is the current BP Template Pack in use (See #41)
