Fixed installation bugs due to configuration errors (apparently, the example
JAVA/automatichas never worked properly, since the functions inside thefunction-listfile were never traced):aspectjweaver.jar) was never substituted in extraej, because of some bugs insideconfig/java.m4andsrc/launcher/java/Makefile.amaspectjrt.jar) needs to be found as well to make Aspects work in JavaAdded feature in
extraej. Now it's possible to run.jarfiles by adding-jaroption.
