Bugfixes

• Corrected mapping for cent symbol ¢; this symbol was previously defined but inaccessible
• Added missing uppercase ⟨Ɗ⟩ of lowercase ⟨ɗ⟩

Modifications

• ≪/≫/⋘/⋘ moved to G-= g/h/G/H respectively (previously at G-= d/f/g/h)
• G-1 3 was previously assigned to Cyrillic Ze ⟨з⟩; to conform with the general aim of Conkey as being primarily a Latin-script keyboard, this has been changed to Latin Reversed Open E ⟨ɜ⟩
