This milestone is to add features and fixes that now seem necessary when running bmclib in production,
to name a few

• Context passing for power related actions
• Allow the caller to pass in preferred mode (SSH/IPMI/Redfish) of BMC access
• Add in IPMI provider - currently part of Actor
