Proposed changes

Following are the changes updated in ECommerce Module release 1.3.31

• PRESS0-1256 Remove text dependency, Replace text identifiers with id
• PRESS0-1248 | Suppress wp-pointer using css
• PRESS0-757 | Added translations to stripe texts
