Remove lock and logout settings from Safari Account Settings

📔 Objective

With the new extension UI, we support the account switcher menu on Safari. As such, we do not need the "Lock now" and "Log out" buttons on the Settings / Account Security tab.

This PR removes those buttons, as well as the accountSwitcherEnabled property that is no longer needed.
