this uses the new samples.json format from biscuit-auth/biscuit-rust#203 with list of facts associated to their origin. The facts, rules, checks and policies from the world serialized in the JSON file is compared against the one generated in this implementation to make sure there are no differences. This also fixes some implementation differences that were discovered
