Updates the hpwh-data-model using changes in branch lattice-with-232. A HPWH Condenser HeatSource can be constructed from either a RSCONDENSERHEATSOURCE or an RSAIRTOWATERHEATPUMP, corresponding to "integrated" or "external" configurations, respectively.
Exports external condenser performance maps as three-axis grids, assigning a single outlet temperature to the unused grid axis for multipass systems.
