feat: Improve AbstractBaseWriter with indexing and add docs (#176)

• maybe we can abstract the index writer into its own class?
  • the concurrency safe writing could be re-used across other writers, and even within packages like readii which write large dataframes
• the docs need to be reviewed
• re-implement the existing writers, ATLEAST the NIFTIWriter
