Release v1.2

This has a slightly different pinout compared to version 1.1 but other than that, everything is the same. The pinout changes were made to make it easier to create a compact adapter board which is also documented.

This release has enhanced documentation and features. Dumping the firmware from an attached M16C board is as simple as using pico-puller dump.

Version 1.0

This release is fully functional and reasonably well documented. The manual is refman.pdf and the pico-puller.uf2 file is the binary that may be dropped onto the Pico to program it.
