Feature more image transforms

• Added some more image transforms.
• Updated the templates to better reflect the state of the code.
• Tried to update the CI to scan the resources/config_templates/user/experiments and run scan for every .yaml found (right now just classification.yaml). If this works, then we can flexibly add default experiments for testing.
• Added a plot that visualizes the effect of the source and noise transforms that have been selected. It's not perfect but much better than nothing and helps catch config bugs.
