NicknameAlertService

The nickname alert services contains the logic for handling catching problematic names when a user changes their name or nickname. It detects filtered words in names based on what the world filter service has in its database.

When a problematic name is detected, a moderator can be prompted for action on how to handle the case (ban, warn, kick, remove nickname, or take no action).
