Usage of QSystem:
- Basic Mode - Customer Service Representative creates tickets to track usage and statistics
- Reception Mode - There is a receptionist to create tickets and manage queue
- Self-Serve Mode - The Citizen choose a service via a touch screen device with the ability to print out the ticket
Digital Signage Modes:
- Basic: Display information and show the number of citizens in queue
- Call: Display information and call citizen to counter when Customer Service Representative is ready.
Features:
- Customer Service Representative and Receptionist Web Module (QUser)
- Java client for Self-Service Ticket Dispensing Module (FWelcome)
- Web based module for Digital Signage (QSmartboard)
- Administration Form (needs to be enhanced) (FAdmin)
- Reception Display (FReception) ** Needs to be enhanced and integrated with Admin Form.
Not currently being used or updated:
- Java Client for Customer Service Representative (FClient)
