Add file upload functionality

Describe the task
Add the functionality to upload any nmp file from old nmp when the upload file button is pressed (Can take some functionality from better berries)

Acceptance Criteria

• Any .nmp can be uploaded successfully.
• Success message is desplayed.
• Temporary print to console to show file in .json format

Additional context

• This ticket will be require a bit more thought than simply copying and pasting current better berries.
