Hi,
I used the code from the PR #35 and removed the EnvDump code, I simply added a "Shallow" check, it currently just returns true, so that we can get this reviewed, please let me know what else you would like me to add for a Shallow Health Check so that I can update it ASAP and get it merged :-).
This will allow us to get rid of our own image and also allow others to run a Tails Server behind LB's where the HC can't easily be managed.
