UI/UX Changes to the home page:

Added a '-' placeholder of type when NOI is not retroactive.
Resized active days columns to make more space for the type column. Changed column sizes from fixed 25%.
Changed assignee dropdown appearance from outline to fill. Added padding to the dropdown items.
