the columns width should be fixed and in % as follows:

First Column (Submission Name): 42%

Second Column (Type): 8%

Third Column (Submitted On): 12%

Fourth Column (Days since submission): 8%

Fifth Column (CC Completed On): 12%

Sixth Column (MP Review): 8%

Seventh Column (Status): 20%

Column headers should be left-aligned, content should be left-aligned if text, right-aligned if numbers (like days since submission).

Rows to match the EAO (height of 40px with one badge, 76px with two badges).

Label “Submitted By” should be left aligned.

The names in the submitted by column should also be left aligned and aligned with the column header.

Status badges should be right-aligned, with 8px padding to the right.

The status header should be left-aligned to the left side of the longest badge.

The columns should be the same width/position on each row.
