Fixed the batch install process to include more detailed messages. Also changed profile name from Camp Distro to Encampment

Added Sponsor feature that consists of a role (Sponsor Manager), a content type (Sponsor), and a taxonomy (Sponsor Level). There are also additional features like a view display, an image display for sponsor logos.
There is also a Deriver that allows for a block to be created every time there is a new term added. Similar to menu blocks. When a new menu is created a block of a particular menu type is created. This allows for a list of sponsors of type X to be placed on a specific part of the page. For example if you have a specific core level of sponsors you want to show case that donate tons of money to a camp. You want to give them a prominent placement on the site.
