Initial release of Backdrop CMS port.

This module is rather complex and it not really a "plug and play, install and see immediate effects" module. It is recommended that you read the readme file and the documentation on https://www.drupal.org/project/filebrowser if you are not familiar with it. However, it does have very powerful features if you set it up well.
