Bump from Kotlin 1.7.10 to 1.7.20.
* LED pixel glow should be around 2-5cm, not 2-5 units (which could be e.g. meters). * Origin dot should always be 1cm, not 1 unit.
* Moving head visualization scales 3D sharpy accordingly for model units.
Visualizers honor model scale
Use diffused pixel dimensions for surfaces (e.g. BAAAHS), and undiffused pixel dimensions for other stuff (e.g. grids). This should be configurable in the model instead of being hardcoded.
