First nnunet model release

This release contains the new nnunet model trained on the Osvaldo Delbono's dataset (Wake Forest School of Medicine). It includes

• best checkpoints from the 5 cross-validation folds.
• lighter model trained with the nnunet fold_all option. This one is 5x faster and takes 5x less disk space.
