Key details

1. Purpose: Fleshing out stories in the sprint backlog.
2. Scope: Anything except stuff in the Current Sprint. E.g. icebox is OK.
3. Duration/Frequency: 1 hour, weekly.

Before the meeting

1. Your stories are up-to-date
2. Your tiny stories are at the top
3. Your larger stories are pulled to the bottom

Story checklist

1. follows user story format
2. (including pass-fail Acceptance Criteria that prove when it's completed)
3. team consensus on points (e.g. via planning poker)
