update yaml snippets with AWS CloudFormation Resource Specification. #31

Update yaml-snippets.json. I made this json from AWS CloudFormation Resource Specification(N.Virginia).

Prefix of all snippets has changed. But 'aws' word is common prefix. I followed naming convention in aws cfn resource specification.
Order of snippets follow aws cfn resource specification.
I don' know how to test this snippets...please advice.

In Body, (O) is option. (R) is required.
