When upgrading to LZA we generate the Customizations configuration to deploy an LZA version of the ALB Forwarding Lambda and DynamoDB. The CloudFormation template for this infrastructure is bundled with the upgrade tools.
This PR, updates the CloudFormation template to the latest version. Including an update to NodeJS 22 runtime.
