Description
Added top-level overview of which API libraries we have support for (similar to https://developers-dot-devsite-v2-prod.appspot.com/maps/documentation/javascript/reference/library-interfaces). Also added link from
READMEto the supported APIs, and added links to the more detailed documentation we've added on maps, markers, and InfoWindow.
