This adds farming events to farmer (proving specifically since auditing was already available before).
It also extends farmer metrics from exposing just audit time to proving and variety of plotting-related metrics.
@jim-counter @EmilFattakhov those who create Grafana dashboards for Subspace will appreciate these changes (note: farmer metrics are not exposed in 3g, but are on devnet and will be in 3h).
