UI Settings background color picker doesn't show any color

Describe the bug
When changing the background color value in UI Settings page, the color preview doesn't show corresponding color

Authgear Version

• Version: SaaS [2024-06-17]

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to UI Settings Page
2. Change the background color (the one at the bottom)
3. No effect show and color preview doesn't show corresponding color

Expected behavior
Have visual effect on the preview and preview show correct color

@yinyinchiu, i found the problem to be the alpha channel

Maybe we should show a checkbox pattern underneath the preview box, so the user can tell transparent and white apart
