CINPLA Allen V1 analysis

Contains code for data analysis and making figures in Rimehaug et al. (2023) (https://doi.org/10.7554/eLife.87169).

Data files are stored with Git Large File Storage. To download them, install git lfs (https://git-lfs.github.com/) and, in the cloned repository, run:

    $ git lfs pull

All packages needed to run the code are provided in the requirements file. Please install them in your environment with the command:

    $ pip install -r requirements.txt
