fix: description preset for any types

Description

When a spec has a property that defines an open object like:

anyProp: {
      type: 'object',
      $id: 'AnyTest',
      properties: {},
      description: 'AnyTest description'
    }

it does not add the description to the generated models.

This PR fixes this issue.
