+modifications to core so that extenstion fields with arbitrary names can be handled and serialized

Also removed eclipse classpath files

The purpose of this change is to allow the parser to handle
solace bindings and extension fields "x-field" in the spec files

Changes:
- Added capability to handle extension fields in objects as properties lists
- any unknown field will attempt to be added as a string property
- e.g. x-ep-my-property
- There is no validation on the field names: yy-my-property will also be accepted
- added "solace" bindings
