pretty simple. it's just the same as the other commands future work should probably deduplicate all those `subprocess.Popen`s.
Termux support is a backwards-compatible new feature
i can't currently think of a way to detect that whether the Termux:API plugin is installed

Also, a new module, clipman can be used. I wrote about it in Issue #250 ✨😇 It has built-in Termux support. I will be glad to receive any feedback. |

Termux is a most excellent terminal emulator for Android, and using the Termux:API plugin,
users can copy and paste using the
termux-clipboard-setandtermux-clipboard-getcommands.This branch adds support for those commands.
Currently the whitespace test fails because the plugin does not properly copy whitespace. This is an upstream bug however.
