Add the module with a delete/3 function that performs the HTTP DELETE call on Realm Management to request the deletion of specific device IDs. Signed-off-by: Davide Briani <[email protected]>

The PR adds a
Astarte.Client.RealmManagement.Devicesmodule with adelete/3function that allows to request the deletion of specific device IDs.
