Upgrading to the full Symfony framework will unlock some more powers:

We can use migrations to make the database tables portable back to Postgres (needed for support running on read-only filesystems #23)
We can trigger commands through HTTP for edge compute deployments (also related to support running on read-only filesystems #23)
We can have status and stats pages.
We can run commands with retry in one or more workers, using the Messenger component.
We can debug more easily through psysh.

Running the web server and workers would be optional: command line would still be supported, just using bin/console instead of bin/aspiresync.
