This is a fork of Multisite Plugin Manager. It behaves exactly the same way but it moves the single site override settings to its own dedicated "Plugins" tab instead of bundling it with the site options tab. This is a big improvement if sites have a lot of options and you don't want to save them all when updating the plugin settings.
