Simple todo api built with Nest framework. Using mysql and typeorm
$ npm install# development
$ npm run start
# watch mode
$ npm run start:dev
# production mode
$ npm run start:prod# create new todo

$ POST /todo
# find todo

$ GET /todo/:id
# fetch all todos
