Add resource model icon to all resources in multi-graph association nodes

Addresses issue #1204

Adds icons to the Associated Monuments/Areas/Artefacts view in the report, to allow for clear identification of which model a resource belongs to:

• Move to utils
• Add to all resource instance display points
• Ensure responsive e.g. icon size change
• Ensure works in report, resource, details
