fix: fix MIME warnings after updating to Go 1.20

Changes:

• Python packaging - don't stop parsing if name and version found (see fix(python-packaging): skip MIME protocol error go-dep-parser#261)
• Dpkg - don't parse *.md5sums files from status.d directory (see Question: Parser error warning: malformed MIME header #5334).
