This PR will introduce a monitor check to make sure that an IntegrationPlatform registry exists (if not on Openshift). This is an improvement to avoid common mistakes with missing registry.
The PR also make the IntegrationKit failure to bubble up into the Integration conditions in order to simplify the troubleshoot of a failing Integration.
