Rationale for this change
In DataFusion, we discussed how to make table representation more useful. Specifically, I believe it may be beneficial to have an option to show data types when rendering tables (apache/datafusion#15442)
What changes are included in this PR?
Added an option to display data types on a new line.
Are there any user-facing changes?
Introduces a new, backward-compatible option.
